Cherry, blackberry and vanilla aromas are integrated and highly inviting, while a flush, clean palate is generous beyond the wine's price point. This Cab shows deep fruit, depth and balance from the midpalate through the finish.

A muscular, sinewy style, with inky notes to the plum tart, dark currant and olive flavors, backed by firm acidity and tannins. Hints of roasted meat show on the finish. Drink now. 450,000 cases made, 1,500 cases imported.
Vinous
- v88
A Cabernet Sauvignon that spent 12 months in oak barrels, showing an intense maroon color and offering candied fruit combined with black currant, blueberry and mint. Rich with firm tannins and lingering flavors, this red has both classical and modern qualities.

The 2018 Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon, with some 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot, seems to follow the line of the 2016. It is ripe and creamy but with fine tannins and a medium-bodied palate that makes it easy to drink. A Cabernet from Maipo with a commercial profile. Better with food. 600,000 bottles produced.
