Intense ruby red with violet reflections, the nose elegantly offers the typical aromas of the grape such as raspberry and plum accompanied by very delicate vegetal and spicy notes. On the palate it is broad and soft, with velvety tannins and a well-balanced structure. Persistent finish on pleasant notes of red fruit jam. Very versatile in daily food pairings, it is ideal with white or red meat dishes cooked briefly such as roast beef and with medium-aged cheeses. Also try it with oily or tasty fish such as stewed cod.
