Fresh green walnuts, cinnamon and cloves. Our recipe dates back 1933. The legend says that walnut husks need to be picked on the day of San Giovanni. We do follow the same traditions, starting the process on June 24th. Our green walnuts are hand-harvested in early June. Aged in steel vats for 3 months.
