Maison Brillet Pineau de Charentes Blanc Prestige
Vine types: Saint Emilion des Charentes also known as Ugni Blanc and Colombard for the grape juice and Ugni Blanc for the Cognac eau de vie. Ageing: Two years minimum in oak barrels so as to marry the fruit of the grapes with the sweet and aromatic eau de vie produced in the heart of the Cognac region. Tasting: Brilliant yellow/gold color. Delicate and fruity on the nose, soft and smooth in the mouth with a taste rather drier than the red pineau.
