We're sorry, but this product is not currently available.

Chateau Fuissé's Téte de Cru is a blend of over 20 prime vineyard sites throughout the appellation of Pouilly-Fuissé. Plots in Pouilly, with a high limestone proportion, contribute intense perfume yet more delicacy in the mouth. Those in Fuissé, where clay is more prominent, are less aromatic but fuller, more solid and structured. Vines are an average of 30 years old.

Wine EnthusiastSelected from parcels across the estate, this wine aims to reflect the totality of the appellation. It succeeds with its combination of minerality and ripe fruit. Oak, almond and citrus fruits are still right up front, showing that this is a young wine that will age well. Drink from 2018.

Wine SpectatorThis is creamy, well-integrated and long, displaying peach, honey, spice and butterscotch flavors. The fleshy texture is wrapped around a core of bright acidity. A mineral element emerges on the aftertaste. Drink now through 2023. 1,025 cases imported.

BurghoundA discreet but not invisible touch of wood serves as a backdrop for the cool citrus, floral and various white orchard fruit aromas. There is an attractive texture to plump middle weight flavors that possess plenty of dry extract that coats the palate and serves to buffer the moderately firm acidity on the nicely complex and persistent finale.
